What we collect and why

What you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, your company, how many buildings you inspect and what you wrote. Plus, if you have an account, the buildings, systems, inspections and deficiencies you save.

Legal basis and sharing

Nobody. We are the vendor: Ellul Solutions Ltd runs Hydrantly, and enquiries are not passed to any other company, sold, or used to build a mailing list.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

Analytics

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: enquiries@hydrantly.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) in the UK. Ellul Solutions Ltd's establishment in the EU is in Malta, so its lead supervisory authority in the EU is the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt); you can also complain to the authority in the EU country where you live or work.
