Two documents, and nothing to sign up for. The fire inspection report is the one you leave with the building owner: what was tested, what was found, what is deficient and when each system falls due again. The life and safety inspection checklist is the one you walk the building with, laid out by system in the order the federal intervals fall, so nothing on the round goes unrecorded. Both print, both are free, and the interval behind every line is named and linked to the regulation it comes from.
